Lantern Fest Celebrations at Rivervale 22/09/07
Thats the I & E stall that I set up, with the help of Mr Simon. Anyway, I love setting up this stall and selling this pair of bears. We also sold Rainbow- the school compo compilation.
The Lantern Fest Celebrations this year was in collaboration with R.C, named: Radiance and Rejoice. Seeing the celebrations rremind me of last year when I organise the same thing. Many people came for the event. Cool! Its publicity for our School in the neighbourhood at the same time!
My Favourite Bears of Rivervale! Cool! Didnt know we have such uniue ones, dressed in the Uniform, and the small school badge was unique too! Love them so much that I bought them and put them in my Car!!! Ha Ha.
After the Lantern Fest Celebrations, I was tired but Happy!!!! Great!

Lantern Fest- Web-Based Photos
Salutations to my Class 5.2 and 4F for their very enthusistic participation in making their projects great ones. Too Bad we didnt win.....Save up on my S____trip. But I was thinking we Might Win. To all our Friends out there, see our nice created GAMES!

Lena's Gp. The first group to Present. Nice Packaging right? They did these assembling blocks- thing that look wonderful and Challenging! They were the Best when it comes to the Courageous part, being the first to present. Next two photos were taken when they were presenting.
Lionel's Gp. The all-Guys thing, ever ready with their Short and Precise Presentation which grasp the essence of Powerpoint: Few Words but clear and Precise. Great Guys! And their Snake and Ladder looks cool too. Neat and Tidy!
Yu Xuan's Gp. The group that manage to stick all the little numbers (stickers) onto the Board single handedly. Hope they can be even more involved in making the project an even better one!
The most sincere game made as all drawings are drawn manually. And the girls are really hardworking when it comes to their powerpoint.
This Gp comprises of both my Monitors. Great to have them onboard in P5.2. They were short of one player, but yet they finished the project on time. Cool!
This Gp is the best when it comes to I.T cos they have an Expert- Lynn! She is also the Leader of this group, and she is also my I.T expert for Student Wits. Great! and their Game is also very Creative, cant find one in the MARKET!!!!!
Another All guys Group. All the Quiet guys are there, though not their Leader- Jiang Ying, who is the leader, and the most outspoken guy in the group. They did this 3D Snake and Ladder which is the most creative idea I ever seen, The minus point was the structure is not so Strong. Otherwise, Its Perfect!
The Last gp with the Monopoly Game. It is rather difficult to make, too bad they could have make it more neat and colourful. But one thing for sure, One of their members- Pei Ying, is Great cos she remembers many Deng M- i灯谜 (quizes)。And she answered many quizes posed by other Gps! Sure learn a lot!
Next. My P4F class with their Wonderful Presentations. Try harder on the Lanterns made too. Jia you!
As a teacher, I have learnt how to make the Web-based Projects successful and fruitful for the students. Pupil-centred lessons are something that I will like to carry out more often as the Participation level is GREAT.

Lantern Fest at Chinese Garden 裕花园
Went there pretty early on the Actual Day as I wish to avoid large crowds, and also to come back home earlier, cos Its very Far from Seng Kang!
The 1st 3 photos were taken at the main entrance, the Theme for this year was "The world of Sea". These are actually Tortoises!

Peaches are my real favourite fruits, though my most favourite fruit is: Mango (maybe guava).
This is my Best Photo taken at the place! Why? Its Pro! with the two ducks, their shadows, the lake, the pagoda, and oh, the Moon!

Love this Wishing Tree. Something that the Hongkongers often do. I wrote my wish on this red ornament thing and then throw up onto the tree. The higher you throw, the better it is, and wish comes true. Hope my Wish come true!
Many people went to light up their own lanterns. It was very crowded. Love the atmosphere there.
The 8 dieties on the lake. I managed to light up a lantern and walk in the garden.
The conclusion is I love LANTERN FESTIVAL. Finally, after 18 yrs, I finally visited Chinese Garden. It is a great Place for Chinese Heritage Visit too!

Teachers' Day 2007

These biscuits are from one of my Kids. Hand made. I love all the GIFTS, especially Handmade cards, handmade gifts, and red pens, and Gundam model and many more!
Many thanks to all my Kids out there, from all over the school. It has always been great to receive gifts from you all! But of course, my wish is that all of You will be happy, hardworking and Obedient Kids! All the best. Man, think I will burn a hole in my Pocket when Children Day comes.....hehe.
